| Error when verifying address |
Similar issue as the one I previously submitted except this one is a new client and I was trying to do a pre application, and it did the same exact thing with the address in pleasant plains |

| County Issue Again |
Trying to add a client to the Priority Waiting List. He lives in Patoka which is mostly Marion County, however, he pays his taxes to Fayette County. The system keeps reverting it back to Marion. I have verified that he is in Fayette by looking at the Supervisor of Assessment's website. It is App# 0000088523 |

System won't allow me to upload files for our Multi-family attachments. Ring of frustration goes on and on and on. I was able to do one, but that was it. It did this before when trying to upload docs for desk audits. Please help.

45 day reminder checkmark is appearing on jobs that were completed last program year and are in completed done status. This is also skewing the number of full application approved # in the APR.
Applications that do actually need reverification are not prompting reverification. |

app# 16148 Keith Streeter: I updated income & submitted & now it changed the priority ranking from 4 to 0. the applicant is a senior & disabled (which still shows checked on summary page). Also, the household annual income is showing 0 even when I put in the ssa amount. |

Client did not respond to reverification within the 45 day timeframe and we set the application to expired. It is still saying the application expires in 2026. Should this instead be set to denied so that the Work Order can also be cancelled? SOW of was completed but not able to send out before the client reverified. Time is now up. 2025-028-43-114 |

| Unit not saving in Multifamily |
unit applications in Multi-family will not save. Summary screen states 1 unit approved, on the applications page all 18 units say denied, on the property group page states 0 approved, and all unit apps are blank. Please help. See attachment |

I tried to finish a pre application for a lady in Sullivan and as soon as I saved the screen with the address I got the message that our Agency doesn't service this county (Moultrie). She is in Sullivan and is already in there but the pre-application isn't completed. Her name is Rachel Artrip. |

I had sent in a Help Desk ticket for Fayette County back in December. I was getting the error message that we don't Service that county. It had appeared that the issue was corrected, however, I just was able to reach a lady that I got the message on and guess what.....SAME issue! First of all it said that SS# already existed, so I searched for that SS# and the system had actually saved that, so I proceeded to enter her address and verified it, and then got that same message again!
