job is in completed status and has been released to contractors on 04/06/2026 went in today to look at the job and it stated that I couldn't get into the scope because the assessment wasn't in complete status. Went to assessment and it had items missing from general information and the client interview. Measures were still there. I fixed the general and client but it will not let me put it in complete status for some reason. |

I upgraded the role of user alex.guevara@cedaorg.net to coordinator but the permissions did not take, its been over 24hrs since the change was made. He tried to cancel a job and the cancel option was greyed out on his screen, see screenshot attached. |

We did the Arch final on this job. The water heater stopped working last week. I entered a change order and moved the water heater to inoperable and asked for the electric water heater to replace it. I called for a electric tank water heater, and sealing boots & registers, the current Work order SIR dropped to .58 with the water heater checked, unchecked .85, unchecked Seal B&R .91 and the Optimized Work Order dropped to .75 again the optimized is lower than the current work order SIR. |

I have changed her last name and can find it when I search by that name, however, when you open the application it still has her maiden name (Burry). | Wrong costs in SOW |
Noticed while in the SOW that the material and labor cost in Quadrant 4 for one of our contractors doesnt match the cost in the catalog. The contractor is Goley, the package in question is "Contractor - Cellulose Open Blow - R-30", and the job I noticed it on is 2026-055-119-16. This is actually affecting all of our cellulose open blow packages for this contractor. The funny thing is it is actually calculating the correct cost in Quadrant 1 and the cost are correct in the contractors work order. |

I entered an application for a person last year that was denied due to being Wx'd within 15 yrs. He doesn't live at that address anymore so I tried to go into the application to put the correct address. It won't let me edit the app bc it is denied, however, it won't let me start a new one because we already have that SS# in the system. Please advise. |

I am looking at the jobs that say Pre-App Not Complete. I have two that actually have priority numbers even tho they say Not Complete. I performed an assessment yesterday 2/23/2026 in the field with the system on offline mode. Everything was working fine until I started entering the furnace information and the app kept loading with no end in sight. I existed out from the app and tried re logging in but still wouldn't get into the system. I came back to the office with a secure network, and the app is still not letting me log in, the entire job wasn't able to sync. However, I can log into the system on a PC without any issues. |

On Job 2026-055-119-12 we are trying to replace the existing central A/C. It is 31 years old and only SIRs at .20, we have been seeing this a lot. We just want to make sure it is calculating correctly in the system and make sure we don't have something entered wrong that would be causing this. |

The agency we work with can change at anytime, any measure and we get no alerts that this is occurring. It makes it difficult to track expenses and material needs and it would be nice if there was a log that described the changes for reference. |

I was trying to update the name of SHA unit "10", along with the other units so they could all be in order. It was not updating so I deleted it thinking it would just delete the information and let me enter the new information. It deleted the unit and I need it added back. Also when updating the information Ive been clicking update and save, it switches back to the previous information that im trying to change. It let me change 2 of them with no issues. |

I had sent in a Help Desk ticket for Fayette County back in December. I was getting the error message that we don't Service that county. It had appeared that the issue was corrected, however, I just was able to reach a lady that I got the message on and guess what.....SAME issue! First of all it said that SS# already existed, so I searched for that SS# and the system had actually saved that, so I proceeded to enter her address and verified it, and then got that same message again!
